NHQ was awarded the turn-key contract for the design, build, fit-out and management of all aspects of the office refurbishment project. The demanding design brief called for a ‘smart boutique’ style across the entire workspace, with clearly defined interfaces between the trading desks area, executive suite, board room, meeting rooms and reception area.

OUR CHALLENGE
Colchester Global Investors is an international investment management company with its headquarters in London's Savile Row. The company had signed a new lease for more space (7,400 ft2 in total) on the 1st and 4th floor of the building they were already occupying and wanted the accommodation to reflect their business aspirations and prime location.
THE NHQ DIFFERENCE
The NHQ team applied its expertise in office space planning and extensive knowledge of high-quality materials and modern design concepts to create an environment that matched the client’s brand values. Premium materials were used throughout, including porcelain floor tiles, wood grain veneer panels (horizontal grain specified throughout) and smoked glass modesty panels to the desks.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
To highlight the client’s global reach, the glass partitions were finely etched with satellite images of the world. The furnishings were individually selected to complete the look, with stunning designer armchairs in the reception area and bespoke leather chairs for the executive areas.
