LONDON OFFICE RELOCATION PROJECT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGER

Understanding the interaction between these principles and how they could be interpreted into an architecturally significant, central London location was critical to the development of a successful workplace design concept.

The Hambro name has been closely associated with the investment world for over 200 years. Our clients relocation into a 12,000 sqft workspace in iconic Pall Mall was an opportunity to embed the maturity of our client’s brand into their premium new workspace through the application of intelligent workplace design principles.


THE NHQ DIFFERENCE

Defining the requirements of each team, the correct balance of departmental adjacencies and how the meeting room suites would be shared, was key to creating a space where James Hambro’s transparent and accountable culture would thrive. The integration of high-powered technology with our client’s fine art and antique furniture collection was enabled through the careful selection of an English Heritage colour palette, premium natural materials and bespoke wall panelling throughout the client-facing areas. Having completed the design journey with our client we were asked to project manage the project to completion.
