Managing Director

As one of the founders of NHQ, Vernon leads the team with a vision for growth through client satisfaction, robust financials, a sense of community and a strong team culture. With long experience in 'Design and Build', Vernon is able to guide the leadership team on key issues in the industry.

Edward Blake

Director

Edward joined NHQ early in it's life. Having originally trained and operated as a tradesman, Edward worked his way up through the ranks from Site Manager to Project Manager, a post he now a holds as a Director. Edward's hands-on attention to detail, understanding of project management processes and focus on client needs has made him an invaluable project partner to some our most prestigious corporate clients.

Lincoln Blake

Director - Finance, Business Services & Marketing

Lincoln works across a range of disciplines to deliver growth, strong commercial systems and a client focus. Having originally trained as a Management Accountant, Lincoln has a hybrid responsibility for both financial strategy and marketing. Lincoln firmly believes that strong financial performance is underpinned by an excellent customer experience.
