INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND IMPACT WHILE REDUCING THE FOOTPRINT

Minova Insurance realised it was not using its office space efficiently and decided to consolidate its operation onto one floor. The scope of the project would require a company with proven workspace consultancy and office space planning skills together with sufficient resources to deliver the project on site.

OUR CHALLENGE

To move the company’s executive suite and several operational departments from the fifth to the fourth floor of the building, design and build a more welcoming reception area and fit-out the consolidated and rationalised 10,900 ft2 office space

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE

 NHQ was selected to deliver the project at the company’s City of London HQ over the many other companies tendering for the project. We used our project management expertise to relocate entire departments of people with the minimum disruption. We also collaborated with the management team to design a highly practical floor plan that would facilitate the different department’s working relationships and a high-impact reception area that reflected the company’s business aspirations.
